ioTium to Present at Honeywell Momentum 2018 Conference
ioTium, the first commercially deployed Software-Defined Converged Infrastructure company for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), will be a Gold Level Sponsor at the Honeywell Momentum conference in Orlando, Fla. October 21-24, 2018. ioTium founder and CEO Ron Victor will also present at the event, addressing attendees on the topic of “Converged Infrastructure for Connected Buildings.” ioTium’s involvement at the event comes shortly after the announcement of Honeywell Ventures involvement in the Company’s Series B funding. Honeywell Ventures invests in early-stage, high-growth technology companies that are strategically aligned to the Company’s portfolio and software capabilities.
ioTium’s vision for accelerating adoption of IIoT is based on the understanding that industrial enterprises must combine elements of security, network, and edge computing in a multi-tenanted, scalable and open way to realize their deployments. During Ron Victor’s presentation at Honeywell Momentum 2018, he will address how leading commercial property management organizations like Kilroy Realty Corporation have addressed the needs of growing property portfolios with solutions like ioTium OT-Access, a fully managed service providing secure, audited remote user access to mission-critical control systems and networks. OT-Access is powered by the industry’s first zero-touch provisioned iNode at the Edge for rapid commission across locations – eliminating the need for costly additional IT staff.
The Honeywell Momentum conference brings more than 300 partners from across North America together at Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, located at 6700 Sea Harbor Drive. During the event, attendees will benefit from three days of informative workshops, training, industry forums and exhibits geared towards Honeywell technology, connected edge devices, IP-based building automation controllers and the IIoT. Ron Victor’s presentation on “Converged Infrastructure for Connected Buildings” will be held Tuesday, October 23rd, 10:30 – 11:30 am.
